When can I expect my prints to arrive?

Typical turn around time for DIRECT ORDER products is 7-10 business days from point of purchase for the regular products, and 3-4 days on the Digital Product Line. Envelopes can take up to 10 business days for production. Shipments outside of the United States are shipped through USPS and can take 1-2 weeks or more to arrive after production.

If ordering along with design work, the printer will be contacted as soon as you are happy with the work and have released funds to us to cover the printing. Printing will not commence until the balance is paid. If paying by check, allow 3-10 extra business days after our receipt of payment.
